RETURNS
We understand that sometimes customers change their minds after they have purchased a product on the Internet. Accordingly, you may return any product that you purchase from us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in new and unopened condition (the inner and outer film of shrink-wrapped items must be intact). Please contact us via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization; shipments without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be rejected. You will need to package the product you are returning in the same manner as it was sent to you and mail it to us at your expense. Given the limited availability of our products, we cannot replace any products that are returned to us. Refunds are made only after the product has been delivered to us and if its condition meets our return criteria.
